The Judge Group is seeking a Manager, Government Pricing to serve as the technical point of contact for government programs within our revenue management framework. You will oversee complex pricing calculations and ensure compliance with federal statutes.

Based in Morristown, NJ, this on-site role requires deep expertise in government rebates, pricing analytics, and coordination with senior management on rate changes and legislative impacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government rebate and pricing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume work in deadline-driven environments.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of government pricing and rebates.
• Maintain pricing methodologies and SOPs per government programs and statutes.
• Perform trend analytics and benchmarking to support calculations.
• Prepare analytics for Senior Management on price changes and legislation impacts.
• Reconcile between SAP and iContracts.

Job description

The Manager, Government Pricing serves as a technical point of contact for government programs in respect to the revenue management system and with the applicable government agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly, quarterly and annual calculations of government pricing and rebates (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, Tricare, FCP, IRA Part D Inflation, Manufacturer Discount Program)
• Maintain government pricing methodologies, standard operating procedures and reasonable assumptions as they pertain to government programs and pricing to reflect current federal statutes and regulations
• Perform trend analytics and comparisons to benchmark to support calculations
• Prepare analytics for Senior Management, in regard to, price increases, product/contract negotiations and changes in legislation which could significantly impact revenue
• Perform reconciliation between SAP and iContracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of government rebate and pricing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills including an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to a high volume of work in a deadline intense environment.
• A self-starter, able to work independently and manage one’s own time.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
