Job summary

Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Gourmet to Go (Prepared Foods) Associate to join our growing team. This role involves customer service, preparing and packaging gourmet to go items, and assisting with counters and party trays as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (not required), reliable transportation, and weekend availability. Prior food industry and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

Must have prior customer service experience.
Must have some experience working with food.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure excellent customer service.
Package, weigh, price, etc. gourmet to go products.
Merchandise the gourmet to go items on the sales floor.
Work independently as well as a team.
Assist party planning manager as needed.
Document shrink to determine production needs.
Keep demoed products stocked and ready.
Expedite party tray orders to customers.
