Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace in Livonia is seeking a Party Planning/Fresh to Go Manager to oversee catering and Fresh to Go operations. You will lead a team, meet clients, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and with excellent service.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and food-service knowledge; you’ll collaborate with chefs and department heads to grow catering opportunities and deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with knowledge of department operations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in catering event planning preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering and Fresh to Go coordination and staffing.
• Meet with customers to determine catering needs.
• Train staff for catering and Fresh to Go.
• Motivate associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Director of Culinary Operations, and GM.
• Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Floral, Wine, Bakery, Produce Prep, Deli, and others.
• Provide friendly customer service and upsell opportunities.
