The Palace Coral Gables, part of The Palace Group, is seeking a Prep Cook to support the daily production schedule for our luxury senior living community. You will work under the Chef to prepare and handle food items, ensuring high standards for residents and their families.

Responsibilities include estimating quantities, ordering inventory, storing and labeling items, meeting production timelines, and following safety and sanitation rules as required by county, state and federal regulations.
