Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
• Fluency in Spanish required; relation skills preferred.
• Food safety permit as required by local/state government.

• Planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cook items following detailed recipes.
• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolve guest complaints.
• Responsible for monthly inventories and initiatives to reduce breakage and loss in glassware and silverware.
• Organize prep items from different areas to ensure items are ready for service.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Restock items depleted during shifts and follow proper storage procedures.
