• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability may be required.

Responsabilités

• Produce and coordinate daily menu items for regular and special events.
• Control daily and weekly inventories and monitor costs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area complying with health codes.
• Coordinate production using menu counts and build-to sheets to minimize waste.
• Communicate supply needs to the head cook and supervisor as needed.
