• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift and reach and perform repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about cheese selection, storage and pairings.
• Oversee stock levels and place orders to keep cheese section well stocked.
• Inspect and handle cheese products for freshness and safety compliance.
• Arrange cheese displays to be visually appealing and organized, highlighting seasonal varieties.
• Conduct tastings to introduce customers to new products and drive sales.
• Label products with pricing and information and keep displays up-to-date.
• Collaborate with deli and specialty foods teams and suppliers.
