Responsibilities

• Ensure cheese quality, freshness, labeling, and presentation meet standards.
• Package and wrap products neatly for retail sale; maintain department cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate dating, wrapping, and rotation of products; restock supplies.
• Operate safely; assist with sanitation and safety procedures in the department.
• Handle opening/closing responsibilities as scheduled.
