Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a versatile Team Member to support the Specialty department by receiving and preparing products, maintaining the floor and displays, and assisting customers with informed, friendly service.

You will help keep displays fresh, check product quality, and participate in sampling activities while upholding health, safety, and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to friendly, courteous customer service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food.
• Engage in positive and proactive selling.
• Maintain fresh, appealing displays; keep cases stocked and clean.
• Check product quality against standards and minimize waste.
• Support sampling programs and keep areas clean and organized.
