The Outreach Team in Escondido, CA, Temecula, CA, and Palm Springs, CA seeks a GOTV Field Director to mobilize voters in key California House districts ahead of the 2026 elections. You will lead a team of canvassers, recruit and train staff, and ensure safe, effective field operations.

Overview
This is a GOTV field director position focused on mobilizing voters in key California House districts ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Directors will lead a team of canvassers conducting in-person voter contact with health and safety protocols in place. Directors will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers on this voter contact campaign.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $1125 - $1423, per week. At the end of the campaign, there may be opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
