The Outreach Team seeks a GOTV field director to mobilize voters across Alaska. You will lead a 20-30 person canvassing team, recruit and train leaders, and ensure equitable, safe operations while meeting campaign goals.
You will also oversee fieldwork several days weekly, handle admin tasks, and develop strategic plans to maximize district reach.

This is a GOTV field director position focused on mobilizing voters in key districts ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Directors will lead a team of canvassers conducting in-person voter contact with health and safety protocols in place. Directors will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers on this voter contact campaign.
The salary range for this position is $1300 - $1500, per week. We offer a generous benefits package, including sick leave, health insurance, phone and data stipend, and hands-on training. At the end of the campaign, there may be opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
