Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an experienced Google Ads Account Manager to own a portfolio of home service clients from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You’ll drive strategy, budgets, copy, and client relationships to deliver measurable ROI.

You’ll lead campaigns with a focus on profitability, scale, and client satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams. This fully remote role offers growth in a fast-scaling department.

Qualifications

• Google Ads experience with local service businesses or digital agencies.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive ROI.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email.
• Google Ads Execution: Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, LSA).
• Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns fast.
• Performance Reviews: Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through performance, discuss strategy, and upsell when appropriate.
• Reporting & Analysis: Present data in a way that highlights business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal landing page designers, conversion tracking specialists, and leadership team.
