Job summary

The Astros Golf Foundation, host of Houston’s PGA TOUR Texas Children’s Houston Open, seeks a Tournament Services Intern to support events, pro-ams and executive operations for the tournament and other high-profile events. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, sponsor relations, budget tracking, and executive-level administrative support.

You’ll collaborate with Volunteers, Ticketing, Sponsorship, Operations, Finance, and Retail teams while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Junior or graduate student in a related field between January and May.
Resident of Houston area or willing to relocate for Jan–May 2027.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support project management for event planning, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Support Pro-Am tournaments, youth clinics, and sponsor events.
Help plan and assist with executive-level administrative tasks.
Serve as primary communication point with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage event budgets and maintain financial records.
Provide hands-on support during events and coordinate across departments.
Organize confidential documents with discretion and support process improvements.
