Job summary

GOLFTEC Malvern is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf professionals. You will train new coaches through GTU and apply the industry’s best technology to help students improve their game.

Two years of golf instruction or club fitting experience is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help students improve their golf game.
• Create and deliver customized lesson plans for players of varying levels.
• Provide TECFIT, outdoor, short game, and other lessons.
• Maintain high-quality training center environments and equipment.
• Perform opening/closing functions for the center.
• Engage in continuing education and stay current with techniques.
