Job summary

GOLFTEC Malvern is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf pros. You will learn via GTU, using top golf-teaching technology to help students improve their game.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, ongoing training, and delivering diverse coaching services from club fitting to on-course instruction. A strong fit is demonstrated by prior golf-instruction experience and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus; PGM program graduation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training program.
• Utilize technology to help students play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content and create custom lesson plans.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting and various lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students in and out of training bays.
• Use Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain the Training Center equipment and environment.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions for the Center.
• Participate in continuing education and training.
