Job summary

Tee Box Edmond is seeking a Box Pro to lead member experience and player development at our cutting-edge indoor golf facility. You’ll blend coaching with business operations, overseeing memberships, assessments, coaching, club fitting, fitness integration, youth programs, and events.

The role emphasizes technology-driven coaching, Trackman/Sportsbox integration, and a strong focus on community growth, with evening/weekend availability and a hands-on approach to facility duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years golf industry experience (instruction, operations, or management).
• Strong knowledge of TPI principles and technology-driven coaching.
• Club fitting expertise with Trackman knowledge.
• PGA certification preferred, not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationships and community.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends and perform facility duties (lifting up to 25 lbs).
• Passion for golf, fitness, and player development.

Responsibilities

• Membership management and Box Assessments; drive retention and onboarding sessions.
• Golf instruction and On Demand Coaching using technology-driven feedback.
• Club fitting using Trackman; drive retail sales and member relationships.
• TBX Academy scheduling and curriculum blending golf and fitness.
• Events, leagues, and showcases; host open houses and tours.
• Maintain facility standards, Trackman/Sportsbox/gym upkeep, and inventory.
