Job description

Golf Instructor (Part-Time) | Campo Golf Club, Andersonville, Chicago

Campo Golf Club is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Golf Instructor to help build our instructional program and bring elite coaching to our indoor simulator community in Andersonville.

Indoor golf means no off-season. You’ll build a steady, year-round lesson book and give every student precise, launch-monitor-driven feedback no matter what the weather is doing outside.

The Role

• Lessons, ready to go. Members and guests book instruction directly through our platform. You focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven lessons on our Uneekor simulators.
• Room to grow your program. Beyond private lessons, you’ll have the freedom to design and lead group clinics, seasonal camps, and member events.
• A true brand partnership. We want a partner, not just an instructor. Together we’ll create digital content, social media, and co-branded programming that raises the profile of both your personal brand and the club.
• A schedule that fits. Flexible hours, with 24/7 access to the facility to meet members where then they want to schedule.

Who You Are

You’re a PGA/LPGA Associate, Class A Professional, or experienced independent coach who loves the technical side of the game. You know how to turn simulator data into real improvement for your students, and you thrive in a collaborative, modern golf environment.
