Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work early and late hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers on the first tee and check receipts for payment.
• Oversee starting times and pair golfers into groups.
• Inform players about basic rules and pace of play policy.
• Coordinate with Rangers to monitor pace of play and intervene when needed.
• Monitor issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.
