Qualifications

• Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Control the pace of play on the golf course and provide information about the course and play times.
• Greet golfers on the first tee, collect receipts for payment and record basic golfer information.
• Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups.
• Inform golfers of basic rules and the pace of play policy; work with Rangers to monitor and intervene when necessary.
• Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.
