Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and fill out paperwork accurately.
• Previous golf experience is not required but preferred.
• Interest in playing golf and general knowledge of the game are important.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and member enthusiastically.
• Be available to meet guest needs.
• Provide course information: conditions, yardages, rules.
• Ensure groups start on time and move through without delays.
• Handle, carry, and clean guest golf clubs and carts.
• Track start times on tee sheets and coordinate with tournaments.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the practice facility and equipment.
• Keep work areas organized and presentable.
