Job summary

The Indoor Golf Shop is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Custom Design & Installation (CDI) projects from handoff to completion. You will manage scope, schedules, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time installs and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you’ll coordinate design, procurement, shipping, and field installation, translating designs into build packets and BOMs. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in field-executed environments such as construction, AV/low-voltage integration, home automation, or related.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading calls with demanding customers and contractors.
• Ability to read/produce technical documentation (drawings, dimensions, BOMs, build packets).
• Strong ownership mindset: closes loops, documents decisions, and anticipates issues to avoid surprises.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CDI project portfolios with on-time installs and minimal escalations.
• Validate designs against space and installation standards; drive design adjustments.
• Plan schedules, coordinate with Field Install Manager, and manage logistics and shipments.
• Act as the cross-functional liaison across Sales, Design, Operations, Procurement, and Support.
• Drive closeout: documentation, photos, sign-off, punch lists, and warranty handoff.
• Maintain project records in CRM/PM systems and monitor costs and change Orders.
