Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a warm, friendly, and welcoming tone.

• Process tee time reservations, collect fees, and sell merchandise.
• Accurately account for all credit card and cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the golf shop daily.
• Ensure rental equipment is checked out and accounted for.
• Assist Course Ambassadors to ensure smooth operation and traffic flow.
• Understand golf rules, etiquette, and course operations.
• Assist in the snack bar area when needed.
• Drive golf carts and park them in staging areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The purpose of the Golf Shop Service Agent is to greet, interact, and check in all customers and visitors entering the golf shop. This multi-faceted position includes a wide range of duties and requires superior customer service skills, experience with computers, and cash handling.

Experience Required
