Job summary

Sylvan Glen Golf Course is seeking a Golf Sales Attendant to provide exceptional hospitality and service in the pro shop and golf operations. You will handle sales transactions for members and guests, assist with tee-time reservations, and help maintain displays and inventory.

The role supports events and tournaments, and may involve coordinating with guest services and club management to ensure smooth play on the course. Attendance and weekend/holiday flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop.
• Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions.
• Make tee time reservations.
• Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly.
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course.
• Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments.
