Job summary

Streamsong Resort is seeking a Retail Assistant to oversee the daily golf shop operations, collaborate with the golf and caddy services teams, and ensure merchandise is accurately tagged, displayed, and available to all guests. Responsibilities include handling cash and gift cards, checking guests in for tee times, maintaining clean shop areas, and delivering friendly, professional service.

One year of golf shop or retail experience is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills

Qualifications

• Experience: One year in golf shop or customer service/retail environment preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash and credit transactions and operate basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily golf shop operations and merchandise displays.
• Assist guests with merchandise purchases and special orders; refer to online store when needed.
• Handle cash, gift cards, and related transactions; issue receipts.
• Check guests in for tee times and communicate changes to golf/caddy services.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the shop; coordinate with Visual Merchandise Coordinator and Retail Manager.
