Job summary

Troon is seeking a Full-Time Sales Attendant for Ka’anapali Golf Courses in Lahaina, HI. The role supports golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and guest services, with a pay rate of $24.15 per hour.

You will help with reservations, inventory displays, and POS transactions, contributing to a hospitality-driven team in a renowned golf property. Candidates should be motivated, reliable, and customer-oriented, with basic computer skills and a golf knowledge preference.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and a self-starter.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Processes customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Provides fast, friendly service to expedite check-in.
• Displays and arranges golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collects green and cart fees and processes transactions in the POS system.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Reconciles cash and AR charges at close of day.
• Performs closing procedures and other duties as assigned.
