Job summary

Kiahuna Golf Club, located in Koloa, HI, is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will greet golfers, assist with tee times, carts, and range operations while upholding club policies and standards.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, reliable performance, and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude in a fast-paced golf environment. This on-site position requires weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Bringing carts from the cart barn in the morning and returning carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleaning, fueling, and checking carts after each use.
• Clean and maintain cart barn.
• Ensure the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receive and communicate complaints to the General Manager/Proshop Manager.
• Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Attends to the driving range area (maintaining the tee area as well as picking the range) as needed.
• Marshaling the course as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
