Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale is seeking talented Golf Shop Assistants, both full-time and part-time, to provide a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience for members and guests. You will answer phones, assist with member needs, and help merchandise the shop with a high standard of presentation.

This seasonal role runs from October to late May. The club offers strong benefits, a private club setting near the McDowell Mountains, and opportunities to grow in a boutique

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, or assisting the buyer in a golf shop, and/or displaying merchandise.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required – must be able to communicate as needed with vendors, members and guests, supervisors and employees.
• Approachable, friendly personality required – must be able to relate to members and guests.
• Organizational and basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist members/guests with needs.
• Sell merchandise with a high emphasis on customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable Golf Shop at all times.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and help support club operations as needed.

We are searching for full-time and part-time Golf Shop Assistants to provide a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience for members and guests in our Golf Shop. Golf Shop Assistants will be responsible for answering phones, assisting members and guests with their needs, selling merchandise with a high emphasis on customer service, and ensuring the Golf Shop remains folded, sized, clean, organized, and presentable at all times—and much more! This is a seasonal role, and our season starts in October and ends in late May!
