Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Server for the Clubhouse in Scottsdale. This part-time role supports breakfast service from 7am and contributes to crafting warm, personalized experiences in an upscale setting for our members.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-end serving experience, strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and a polished, professional presence aligned with elevated service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years serving experience in high-end settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits with ability to make recommendations.
• Experience with proper wine service including presenting, opening, and serving.
• Polished, professional presence and dining etiquette.
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required.

If you’re passionate about hospitality and creating warm, personalized experiences, we are looking for a Seasonal Breakfast Server to join our team! Breakfast beings at 7am and lunch ends at 3pm. We are seeking a polished, experienced server who enjoys creating a welcoming start to our members’ day and is comfortable providing attentive service in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building member relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering consistently exceptional service. Our season primarily runs from October through May, offering the opportunity to be part of our team during the Club’s busiest and most vibrant months.

What would make you a great pool server?

• Minimum of2 yearsof serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environmentrequired
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required
