Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests.
• Provide service to arriving guests to speed check-in.
• Display and arrange golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green and cart fees and process in POS system.
• Issue receipts for purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Assist in cash reconciliation and daily close.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
