TPC San Antonio, a premier private resort, seeks a Golf Shop Coordinator to work with Members and Guests, supporting PGA TOUR players and daily operations in the golf shop. You will assist with reservations, sales, and customer service to ensure an exceptional golf experience.

Responsibilities

Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and Guests with golfing needs to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Greet and welcome Members and Guests in a professional manner.
Communicate clearly with Members, Guests and staff.
Answer questions and provide information to Members & Guests.
Record reservations in the online system and manage scheduling.
Open, operate and close the point of sale system per procedures.
Handle cash, process credit cards and member charges.
Assist with inventories and shop cleanliness and merchandising.
Maintain stock levels and present merchandise professionally.
Support closing procedures and communicate updates via radio.
