Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, collect fees, and know the POS system.
• Answer all telephone calls professionally.
• Learn product knowledge to assist with sales.
• Restock golf shop daily to maintain stock.
• Keep shop neat, organized and clean.
• Assist with retail inventory tasks.
• Help with golf outings and tournaments.
• Assist guests with starting times.
• Attend required staff meetings.
• Communicate with professional staff on operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Wear uniform and name-tag at all times.
• Perform duties professionally to exceed customer expectations.
