Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking full-time and part-time seasonal Golf Shop Assistants to welcome members and guests and provide a polished, service-focused experience in the Golf Shop. The season runs from October to late May.

Join a private golf club near the McDowell Mountains with extensive facilities; respond to phones, assist shoppers, and ensure the shop stays clean, organized, and inviting at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, or assisting the buyer in a golf shop, and/or displaying merchandise.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required – must be able to communicate with vendors, members and guests.
• Approachable, friendly personality required – must relate to members and guests.
• Organizational and basic computer skills required; knowledge of inventory controls.
• Must have initiative and be a self-starter with ideas to grow the golf shop business volume.

We are searching for full-time and part-time, seasonal Golf Shop Assistants to provide a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience for members and guests in our Golf Shop. Golf Shop Assistants will be responsible for answering phones, assisting members and guests with their needs, selling merchandise with a high emphasis on customer service, and ensuring the Golf Shop remains folded, sized, clean, organized, and presentable at all times—and much more! This is a seasonal role, and our season starts in October and ends in late May!
