The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a full-time, seasonal Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations, member and guest services, tournaments, and events with a focus on delivering a premium golf experience.

This role starts in October and ends in late May; the ideal candidate is a polished golf professional who thrives in a high-service environment and is pursuing PGA Associate status with strong knowledge of golf operations and relevant software.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the PGA Associate Program preferred (or a clear pathway toward enrollment).
• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional or equivalent role preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf.
• Strong proficiency with golf-specific software, including Golf Genius, ForeTees, Visage GPS, and POS systems.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a premium golf experience.

We are searching for a full-time, seasonal Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional golf experience to members and guests of The Country Club at DC Ranch. The Assistant Golf Professional will support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations, member and guest services, tournaments and events, and overall execution of the Club’s golf programming. This role is ideal for a polished golf professional who thrives in a high-service environment and is committed to upholding the standards and traditions of the Club. This is a seasonal role, and our season starts in October and ends in late May!
