Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a full-time, seasonal Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and member services at our beautiful private course. This role starts in October and ends in late May, offering a premium golf environment.

You will assist the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional with tournaments and events, supervise junior staff, and help uphold the Club's traditions of outstanding hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in PGA Associate Program preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf.
• Strong proficiency with golf-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations.
• Manage member and guest services and events/tournaments.
• Assist in club programming and overall execution of golf operations.

We are searching for a full-time, seasonal Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional golf experience to members and guests of The Country Club at DC Ranch. The Assistant Golf Professional will support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations, member and guest services, tournaments and events, and overall execution of the Club’s golf programming. This role is ideal for a polished golf professional who thrives in a high-service environment and is committed to upholding the standards and traditions of the Club. This is a seasonal role, and our season starts in October and ends in late May!

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the PGA Associate Program preferred (or a clear pathway toward enrollment).
• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional or equivalent role preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf.
• Strong proficiency with golf-specific software, including Golf Genius, ForeTees, Visage GPS, and POS systems.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a premium golf experience.
