Daily responsibilities:

Lead our golf team in welcoming guests to our historic golf course and ensure they have an unforgettable experience.

Compensation:

$18.00/hour

Season:

Spring/Summer 2025

Key duties:

• Manage all functions of the Glacier Park Lodge golf shop and staff, including scheduling, inventory, training, and discipline.
• Register golfers, assign tee times, and handle fees.
• Organize group golf outings, including scoring, prizes, and awards.
• Monitor safety and maintenance issues and communicate with supervisors.
• Assist with setup of rooms for events and meetings.
• Support guests and teammates as needed.
• Perform a variety of job duties as required, adapting to team needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• 1-3 years of golf shop management experience.
• Experience with golf tournaments and events preferred.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and team commitment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible, helpful, and able to handle a dynamic environment.

Work environment:

Beautiful, inspiring, and full of wildlife, located in Glacier National Park. Expect a physically active role with walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and outdoor conditions.
