Job summary

Rouge Park Golf Course in Detroit, MI is seeking a Cart Attendant to support golf operations. You will manage the golf cart fleet, ensure carts are clean, fueled, organized, and available for players throughout the day.

Responsibilities include moving carts from the cart barn, returning them, maintaining the cart barn, assisting Golf Shop staff, and helping with tournaments. A friendly, dependable team player with good communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required
• Cleans and maintains cart barn
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Description

As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
