Job summary

Makena Golf & Beach Club in Maui seeks a Golf Services Attendant to join the Golf Operations Department. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring smooth operation of the golf facilities, interacting with players of all levels, assisting with equipment handling, and supporting round preparation.

You will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for members and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or golf environment preferred.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members on arrival and departure at the range.
• Assist with service during rounds and respond to member requests.
• Work with valet team and assist as needed.
• Coordinate with departments regarding member transitions through property.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure carts are ready and maintained throughout the day.
• Clean clubs for members, guests, and prospects.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate when requested.
• Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary.
