Job summary

Makena Golf & Beach Club is seeking a Beach Club Attendant to join the Outdoor Pursuits Department on Maui. You will greet guests, set up beach and pool areas, and provide towels, water, and snacks while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

You will share information about the Club, events, attractions, and island activities, and contribute to safety and guest experience. Flexible hours and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the guest service industry.
• CPR certification is a positive.
• Certificates/qualifications preferred.
• Hospitality experience is preferred; ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival at the beach and pool deck.
• Set up beach and pool club and restock amenities.
• Provide towels, ice water, and snack items to members and guests.
• Share information about the Club, events, attractions, and activities.
• Assist with safety and report incidents to Security and Manager on Duty.
• Operate and stock OP equipment and assist with shuttle/golf cart duties.
