Job summary

Topgolf The Colony is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome players and assist with check-in and reservations. You will provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and help with clubs and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized venue.

Retail assistance and safety demonstrations are part of the role. Strong customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential, as is the physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
