Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.

You will help with clubs and equipment, keep the venue clean and organized, promote retail items, respond to guest inquiries, and demonstrate games while enforcing safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
