Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and after their round.
• Stage and maintain the cart fleet, bag room, and station amenities.
• Ensure golf carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for use.
• Organize and manage member bag storage — clean, correct, and ready.
• Set up and manage the 1st tee daily.
• Assist Golf Professionals with starting member play.
• Deliver on-course service to members throughout their round.
• Operate the practice facility to standard.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for the cart barn and practice facility.
• Provide car wash services upon request.
• Communicate key information across departments daily.
• Proactively anticipate and fulfill member and guest needs.

As a Golf Service Associate, you are at the center of that experience. What You'll Do
