Qualifications

• Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience is preferred, but a natural passion for elevated hospitality is key.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekend shifts to support club operations.

Responsibilities

• First-Class Hospitality: Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs, warmly directing them to simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.
• Clubhouse Operations: Maintain the pristine presentation of the putting green and all common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting service and golf staff with quick upkeep.
• Club Support: Assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure elite cleanliness and service throughout the facility.
