Job summary

Topgolf Midvale is hiring a friendly Front Desk Guest Services team member to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about our venue and current promotions.

You will help guests with golf clubs and equipment, keep the venue clean and organized, assist with retail items, respond promptly to inquiries, and demonstrate games while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
