Job summary

Worldwide Golf Shops is seeking a part-time Golf Sales Associate in Nashville, TN. You will promote a store culture aligned with our values and help customers with knowledge of golf products.

You will evaluate customer needs, demonstrate golf equipment, and assist with merchandising, stock, and floor organization. Training is provided with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Entry-level candidates will also be considered, any experience in golf industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values and the "Sure No Problem" philosophy.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment based on features and benefits.
• Educate customers on golf products and help them compare options to make informed choices.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor clean and organized to standards.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock and inventory as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes after training and perform other duties as assigned by management.
