• Golf knowledge/background required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Promote store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values and the 'Sure No Problem' philosophy.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help compare differences.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with merchandising and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock as needed.
• Identify ways to improve processes after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
