Worldwide Golf is hiring a Golf Sales Associate for Edwin Watts Golf. You will promote a store culture that reflects Worldwide Golf’s values and the proprietary “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

Responsibilities include applying product knowledge, recommending equipment, and educating customers in-store with data from launch monitors and simulators. The role requires golf knowledge; golf industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf's values and the Sure No Problem philosophy.
• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, promotions, demo merchandise, and sale ads.
• Evaluate customers' needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features, and recommend suitable products.
• Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to aid decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via the database; requisition and stock inventory as needed.
• Identify and suggest improvements to store processes after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
