Job summary

Edwin Watts Golf, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring a Golf Sales Associate to promote a customer‑focused store culture and deliver expert guidance on golf equipment. You will help customers choose gear, operate demo tools, and support floor merchandising with a focus on the brand's “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

You will train to provide data-driven customer experiences using launch monitors and simulators, while learning products and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations on golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help them compare differences.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep sales floor organized and clean to Worldwide Golf standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise and take inventory as needed.
• Identify ways to improve processes once trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
