Job summary

Sena Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Golf Division to lead the U.S. sales development and market expansion of Sena’s new golf product line, including electric golf trolleys and laser rangefinders.

This role will develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy, establish and expand retail and distribution channels, and manage a nationwide network of independent sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in golf, sporting goods, consumer electronics, hardware, or related product categories.
• Experience building, recruiting, and managing independent sales representative networks across multiple U.S. territories.
• Experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and account agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy for Sena's golf product portfolio (trolleys, rangefinders, future products).
• Establish sales targets, channel strategies, pricing approaches, and GTM plans for launches and growth.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key accounts (golf courses, pro shops, retailers, distributors).
• Develop new retail and wholesale accounts and expand Sena Golf’s U.S. presence.
• Coordinate with Marketing on launches, promotions, and retailer-facing initiatives.
