Job summary

Edwin Watts Golf is seeking a Golf Sales Associate to promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. You will evaluate customer needs, explain golf product features, and help customers choose the right equipment.

Responsibilities include operating launch monitor and simulator data for customers, assisting with merchandising and stock, and ensuring a tidy, welcoming sales floor. Prior golf industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
