Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, CA is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to welcome guests and assist with outside services at a fast-paced Troon-managed property.

Responsibilities include upkeep of the clubhouse and cart areas, tournament setup, equipment care, and guiding guests on course policies. A valid driver’s license and reliable attendance are required; education/experience requirements are minimal.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, able to operate and handle golf equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Commitment to reliable attendance and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with outside services and overall clubhouse upkeep.
• Support cart storage, setup for tournaments, and bag handling.
• Provide courteous service and educate players on course policies.
• Prepare golf carts and maintain equipment areas for play.
• Assist food and beverage activities as needed.
